At Omeliya, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Due to our high quality standards and multiple suppliers, shipping times may vary per product. Below you will find all important information regarding shipping.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing may take 1–2 days longer.
- You will automatically receive a confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.
2. Shipping Times
Netherlands & Belgium
- Standard: 4–16 business days
- Express: 3–7 business days (when available)
Europe
- 5–16 business days
International
- 7–16 business days
These are estimated timeframes. In rare cases (customs delays, carrier issues, unexpected logistics disruptions), delivery may take longer.
3. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: €4.95
- Free shipping on orders over €150
- Shipping costs for Europe and International destinations are automatically calculated at checkout.
4. Tracking Information
- Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a track & trace email.
- Tracking updates may take 1–3 days to become fully visible in the system.
5. Partial Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to speed up delivery times.
This means you may receive multiple packages for one order.
6. Incorrect Address
Omeliya is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Address changes after the order is placed
If you made a mistake, please contact us within 12 hours.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- In the event of a lost package, we will open an investigation with the carrier.
- If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a free replacement or store credit.
- Omeliya is not responsible for delays outside our control (customs, logistics issues, weather disruptions, etc.).
8. Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
